WHAT:       ICES Midyear Meeting for  ICES Representatives, ICES Board of Directors,
                       and any other ICES members who would like to attend.

WHERE:     Hyatt Regency Lexington
                       401 West High Street
                       Lexington, Kentucky
                       (The Horse Capital of the World) 

WHEN:       February 23 - 26, 2012

HOW:          By plane:  (Lexington-Bluegrass Airport/LEX), plus a FREE shuttle to the hotel's 
                      front door. Just pick up a courtesy phone and call.  There are an abundance of
                      rental cars, taxicabs, limousines, shuttles, and hotel courtesy vans at your
                      disposal.  Taxicab fees are approximately $2.50 per mile.

                      By car:   FREE parking at the Hyatt. 

From the airport, turn East on Versailles Road (5.6 mi.) - Versailles Road becomes US/60 (.8 mi.) - Turn left on South  Broadway, US/60, US/27 (.2 mi.) - Take first left onto West High Street US/60 (.01 mi.) HYATT on the right.

From the North I-75:  I-75 South towards Lexington to Exit 113 towards Paris/Lexington.  Turn right onto North Broadway/US 27 South.   Take right onto West Vine Street for Downtown Hilton (369 West Vine Street); Downtown Hilton on left (overflow hotel) OR continue - take first left onto West High Street for Hyatt Regency on right.

From the East I-64:  I-64 West towards Lexington to Exit 113 towards Paris/Lexington.  Turn right onto North Broadway/US 27 South.  Take right onto West Vine Street for Downtown Hilton (369 West Vine Street); Downtown Hilton on left (overflow hotel) OR continue - take first left onto West High Street for Hyatt Regency on right.

From the South I-75:  I-75 North towards Lexington to Exit 113 towards Paris/Lexington. Turn right onto North Broadway/US 27 South.  Take right onto West Vine Street for Downtown Hilton (369 West Vine Street); Downtown Hilton on left (overflow hotel) OR continue - take first left onto West High Street for Hyatt Regency on right.

From the West I-65:  I-65 North.  Merge onto Martha Layne Collins/Bluegrass Parkway towards Lexington.  Merge onto US-60.  Turn left onto South Broadway. Take right onto West Vine Street.  Take first left onto West High Street for Hyatt Regency on right

                       learn new techniques to take back to your members, tour the site of the 2013
                       ICES Convention and Show, and to enjoy the fun, and fellowship.
