Please fill out the Reps' Breakfast form and send it back to
me (with payment, if required) as soon as you can.
ICES Representatives, this is just one small way of saying
"thank you" for serving; your meal is free IF you submit the
form by the deadline. Please be aware that we need to plan for the
number of attendees so we can order the correct number of meals. This means
that we need a form on file for you before you can enter the breakfast at
convention. If you have Alternate Reps in your state, be sure to extend this
invitation to them as well; the cost for them is $35 per person.
If you are paying, make checks payable in US funds to 2008
Florida ICES. Please submit the attached breakfast form (and any payments) by
July 1, 2008 to the address below.
